🎯 How It Works
⚠️ IMPORTANT: There is NO hosted encoding client for ZOSCII TrumpetBlower.
You MUST download Cyborg Neptune Nuclear Tight Security from GitHub and run it locally to ensure your ROM is never uploaded to any server.
Step-by-Step:
- Download Cyborg Neptune Nuclear Tight Security
Visit: https://github.com/PrimalNinja/cyborgzoscii-u/tree/master/tools
Download the Neptune client for your operating system (Windows 10/11)
- Establish Anonymity (Use Tor) 🌐
Your anonymity is your first line of defense. Tor routes your connection through multiple relays, making it virtually impossible for the host or any observer to determine your true IP address or geographic location.
Option A (Recommended): Tor Browser
1. Go to the official Tor Project website: https://www.torproject.org/download/
2. Download, install, and launch the Tor Browser.
3. You must use this browser for all subsequent steps involving the server.
Option B (Highest Security): Tails OS
1. Follow the installation guide: https://tails.net/install/
2. Run Cyborg Neptune NTS within the Tails environment.
- Create a Contact Called "TrumpetBlower"
In Cyborg Neptune NTS, go to the Contacts section.
Create a new contact with the name TrumpetBlower.
IMPORTANT: Choose a ROM file for this contact that you do NOT use for any other purpose.
For anonymity: Use a photo with no metadata (no GPS, no date/time, no personally identifiable information).
Consider generating a random image or using a generic photo stripped of all EXIF data.
- Create a Queue for TrumpetBlower
In the Chat section, add a new queue.
Queue Name: TrumpetBlower (recommended name)
Server URL: Use one of the known TrumpetBlower servers
Contact: Select your "TrumpetBlower" contact
The queue GUID: trumpetblower (recommended for easier replication by others) or can be left blank (auto-generated)
- Encode and Send Your Message or Documents
💡 Recommended: ZIP your files before encoding. This reduces storage overhead and preserves file metadata like date/time stamps (inside the encoding) that can serve as evidence of when documents existed.
From within the chat program for the TrumpetBlower Queue, "Send" will send your message encoded with your chosen TrumpetBlower ROM File and "Send File" will send your file encoded with your chosen Trumpetblower ROM File.
Anyone can replicate your encoded file, but it will only be decodable when you release your TrumpetBlower ROM file.
The server only receives encoded data (pointers) - never your original files or your ROM.
- Keep Your ROM Safe
Store your ROM securely - you'll need it to decode later.
Losing your ROM = losing your data forever.
Your ROM is your key to release the information when you're ready.
For maximum security: Consider splitting your ROM using Shamir's Secret Sharing (SSS) across multiple trusted parties or locations.
- When You're Ready to Blow the Trumpet
Release your ROM publicly or to whoever you choose to release it to.
- If you change your mind, delete your ROM File and your data will be undecodable forever.
Note: Anyone can fetch from the trumpetblower queue. Without the correct ROM, messages are indistinguishable from random noise.
⚖️ Legal Notice
This service operates under applicable laws. ZOSCII and UNSIGNAL Protocol are encoding systems, not encryption. No keys are stored. No data can be compelled because there is no decryptable data.
This is exactly why you should run your own verified copy of Cyborg Neptune NTS. By running your own local copy, your ROM never leaves your computer.
🔒 For Whistleblowers
Your Truth. Your Timing. Your Protection.
The server operator literally cannot know what you've uploaded. No encryption to break. No data to compel. Just addresses pointing to... something. Only your ROM reveals what.
Legal protection: Many jurisdictions protect whistleblowers. ZOSCII TrumpetBlower adds technical protection beyond legal - even corrupt governments can't access what the server doesn't have.
⚠️ Critical: Use a dedicated ROM for TrumpetBlower
→ Do NOT reuse a ROM linked to your identity
→ Strip all metadata from your ROM image (GPS, date/time, camera info)
→ Consider generating a random image instead of using a personal photo
→ Your ROM is your anonymity
⚠️ Don't lose your ROM - unless you want your secrets to stay secret forever.
📅 File Retention Policy
The server will retain messages based on its configuration. Since the server has no way of knowing what's in each encoded file, retention is handled automatically.
💡 Tip: For maximum resilience, send your encoded files to multiple TrumpetBlower servers. Since the data is just pointers, spreading it across multiple hosts ensures it stays available even if one site goes down.
📢 For Journalists & Advocates
The Trumpet Sounds for Everyone
Once a whistleblower releases their ROM:
- Everyone can decode and verify using Cyborg Neptune NTS
- No gatekeepers or intermediaries
- Unstoppable - can't censor what's already public
- Fetch everything from the trumpetblower queue to build your own archive
All messages in the trumpetblower queue are public. You're encouraged to:
- Mirror this entire site and the data
- Fetch and archive all trumpetblower queue messages
- Host your own ZOSCII MQ server with a trumpetblower queue
- Distributed infrastructure = censorship resistance
🏛️ For Governments
Welcome! We're So Glad You're Here.
You're probably here for one of two reasons:
1. You're considering whistleblowing - Welcome! See above.
2. You don't like whistleblowers - Probably because you're up to no good.
Here's the thing: The server has NO IDEA what's in these messages. Could be:
- 🍪 Grandma's cookie recipes
- 🛸 Proof of alien contact
- 💣 Your corruption evidence
- 📋 Shopping lists
You're welcome to:
- Fetch all messages from the trumpetblower queue (they're public!)
- Try to decode them (good luck - you need the whistleblower's ROM)
- Host your own ZOSCII MQ server with a trumpetblower queue (now THAT would be democratic!)
Fun fact: Compelling us to decode is like demanding we unscramble an egg when we don't have the egg. There's nothing TO decode without the ROM.
🔍 Technical Transparency
Open Source. Open Access. Open Truth.
This is as transparent as technology gets. We deliberately do NOT provide a hosted encoding tool because that would require you to trust us. Instead, we give you Cyborg Neptune NTS and tell you: run it yourself.
📡 Known ZOSCII TrumpetBlower Servers
ZOSCII MQ Endpoints with TrumpetBlower Queues
How to use these servers:
- Download Cyborg Neptune NTS from GitHub
- Create a contact called "TrumpetBlower" with a dedicated, anonymous ROM
- Add a queue with queue name "trumpetblower" and the server URL above
- Send encoded messages to this queue
- To receive: fetch from the same queue using the whistleblower's ROM (when released)
Note: Anyone can fetch from the trumpetblower queue. Without the correct ROM, messages are indistinguishable from random noise.
